Guided Breathwork - Breathing into Being -

Hello there!

Hereby I warmly invite you to join this 2,5 hour breathwork workshop.

Breathwork is a beautiful tool which can lead to transformational experiences and help us to focus, gain insights and let go of stuck blockages. Through invocative music and the breath we can get into our subconsciousness and let go of the ego and chit-chat of the mind.
To integrate and to make the most of the experience we will have time for a small meditation and some movement beforehand and sharing (with some snacks) afterwards. We invite you to come as you are and to leave any expectations aside :)

Structure of the workshop:

To arrive in the space we will first have an introduction round, ground and center ourselves and then engage in some physcial movement, dropping from our often busy minds into our feeling bodies.

After a short introduction (you do not need any prior knowledge) we will use a breathing technique inspired by other breathwork methods (holotropic breathwork, psychedelic breathwork) to reach deeper levels of your subconscious, release blockages that come to surface and venture into an introspective journey.

During this I will hold the space and support you in a compassionate and non-intrusive way. Guided by a dynamic and self selected composition of music and with time before and after the breathwork we do our best to facilitate a wholesome experience.

We ask you to bring:

• comfortable clothing (we recommend layers, for during breaths it can feel warm and/or cold)
• en eye-shade or scarf to cover the eyes
• anything you need for journaling
• water bottle (best no glass)
  
  When to get there? You can arrive as early as 6:45pm to settle in (please not earlier), and we kindly ask you to be there latest at 6:55pm as we start at 7pm.
  

Please be considerate and aim to be on time, as the place can be slightly trick to find. : )

The entrance is in the backyard and you have to go through the backyard.

Description: At the end of the street (Moosdorfstraße) turn left and walk along the building and then through a sort of passage into the backyard. When you enter the courtyard, head right and walk the entire courtyard to the end, where you turn right and find the staircase.
We will be on the 2nd floor on the RIGHT - UHU Salon.
Please note that the workshop will be in english.

-Please note that breathwork can be powerful and is not recommended if you have one or more of the following conditions: pregnancy, epilepsy, high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, high inner eye pressure, detached retina, clinical anxiety or panic attacks, psychosis, a history of stroke, recent surgery (wounds, broken bones still healing).

-By purchasing a ticket you confirm that you are mentally and physically stable.

We advise you to refrain from caffeine that day, as well as eating 2-3 hours before the Workshop.
