Birders of all skill levels are welcome to join our monthly bird walks hosted with the Citrus County Audubon Society. Participants meet at 7:45 a.m. at the park's Visitor Center parking lot; the walk will begin at 8 a.m. Binoculars and a field guide are suggested, but not required.
There is no charge to participate in the bird walk, however, regular admission applies if entering the wildlife park after the walk. For more information, visit FloridaStateParks.org or call the park office at 352-423-5600.
