About this Event

What is an Art Journal?

You do NOT need to be an artist to keep an art journal. Simply put, Art Journaling is a visual diary--its record keeping combined with creativity! It’s a place to record your thoughts, memories, and emotions through images, art and words.

The host will provide thought provoking prompts to stimulate your creativity. Working alone or with others the host will teach a variety of techniques to incorporate into your journal to create beautiful entries. From watercolor wash backgrounds to layers of collage and mixed media. Combine your writing with illustrations. There are no rules to it ...Just be creative!

Some supplies are provided just bring your own journal no larger than 8" x 10" to start.
