About this Event

Mental Health Crusaders is a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating meaningful conversations around mental health, recovery, resilience, and hope. We believe that sharing our stories can break stigma, build connection, and remind others that they are not alone.
Through community conversations, speakers, educational events, resource connections, and outreach, we bring people together to talk openly about mental health and the challenges so many face.
Our events combine powerful personal stories, music, food, mental health resources, and genuine human connection to create an environment where people can listen, learn, and find hope.
Our goal is bigger than one event or one community. We are building a movement that will bring these conversations to communities across Michigan and throughout the country.
We believe our pain does not have to define us. It can become part of the story that gives our lives purpose—and our stories can become a source of hope for someone else.
