My Name is David Rodriguez. I live in Lane City Texas with my husband Joshua Bradford with our 41 dairy goats. I have been making cheese on our homestead for over 9 years. I love finding innovative and affordable ways to make every day necessities. I believe that our homes should be centers of production. We will focus on making three types of cheeses that are considered quick cheeses. These cheeses are Ricotta, Paneer, and Mozzarella. We will also culture buttermilk and discuss the yogurt making process.
