Guelph Community Earth Day Cleanup

Join us for a meaningful afternoon at Eastview Park in Guelph as we celebrate Earth Day by giving back to our local community. This family-friendly event is designed to bring neighboUrs together to make our park greener and cleaner while enjoying a bit of eco-fun.

Hosted by: Shelley Lorenz (Realtor, Royal LePage), Stephanie Trofy(Mortgage Broker, Oriana Financial), and Brittany Secker (Financial Advisor, Desjardins).

We will provide all the necessary bags and gloves for the cleanup. All you need to bring is your family, your energy, and a reusable water bottle.

• 1:00 PM: Check-in at the Main Registration Tent to grab your gear and a brief safety orientation.
• 1:15 PM – 2:30 PM: Community Park Cleanup. Keep an eye out for our Scavenger Hunt items as you go.
• 2:30 PM – 3:00 PM: Prizes, Nut-Free Bird Kit Building, and Snacks.

• Kids' Scavenger Hunt: A fun, interactive way for the little ones to engage with nature while helping out.
• Weirdest Trash Contest: Found something strange? Enter it into our contest for a chance to win a $50 local nursery gift card.
• Eco-Craft Station: Build your own nut-free bird feeder using seed butter and birdseed to take home.
• Giving Back: While this event is free to attend, we will have a donation jar on-site for the École Guelph Lake Public School.100% of all donations and any leftover sponsorship funds will go directly to the school.

Please wear closed-toe shoes and comfortable outdoor clothing. For safety reasons, please do not pick up glass, needles, or hazardous materials; simply mark the location and alert a team member immediately.

Rain Date: In the event of heavy rain, the cleanup will be moved to Sunday, April 26th, from 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM.
