This mat-based event introduces you to the art of Gua Sha at the brand-new Yoga Flow Studio. You’ll be guided through a complete ritual designed to:
• Support lymphatic flow and reduce puffiness
• Sculpt and define your natural contours
• Release deep tension and soothe facial fascia
• Boost circulation by up to 400%, as shown in recent studies
You’ll also learn how to adapt Gua Sha for energising morning lifts or calming evening releases so you can continue the practice at home with confidence.
🌿 Included in your ticket:
• A nourishing face oil sample to use during the workshop and take home
• A printed Gua Sha ritual card with a video link
• Herbal teas on arrival
• A calming application of face tape to gently stimulate your vagus nerve, supporting deep relaxation as we close the session
All props and tools are provided for use during the session.
