GSG - 10 | Garba + Mandli | Pre-Navratri 2024

Event Dates and Timing:

The Garba event will take place on 28th September. The event will run from 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM. Attendees are required to adhere to the event schedule.

Ticket Purchase and Entry:

Tickets are non-transferable and must be presented at the entry point for admission. A valid government-issued ID may be required. Remember every ticket purchased supports the education of underprivileged kids making a significant difference in their lives.

Age Restrictions:

The event is open to all ages. However children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Refund Policy:

All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances including but not limited to inclement weather natural calamities or other unforeseen events that may lead to the cancellation or modification of the event. Your support ensures every rupee contributes to a better future for underprivileged children.

Dress Code:

Traditional Indian attire is encouraged. Attendees must adhere to a modest dress code appropriate for a cultural event. Let's celebrate Navratri in vibrant authentic style!

Behavior and Conduct:

Attendees are expected to behave in a respectful and orderly manner. Any form of harassment misconduct or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal from the event without a refund. This is a night of unity and celebration for a noble cause.

Safety and Security:

For the safety of all attendees security personnel will be present. Attendees must comply with all security checks and procedures.

Prohibited Items:

No outside food beverages alcohol drugs or weapons are allowed inside the event venue. Any prohibited items will be confiscated at the entry.

Health and Safety Protocols:

Attendees are expected to follow any health and safety guidelines in place including but not limited to social distancing mask-wearing or any other measures required by local authorities.

Liability:

The event organizers are not liable for any personal injury loss or damage to property during the event. Attendees participate at their own risk.

Media and Photography:

By attending the event you consent to being photographed filmed or recorded. The organizers reserve the right to use any such media for promotional purposes without compensation.

Re-entry Policy:

No re-entry is allowed once you exit the event venue. Please ensure you have all your belongings with you before leaving.

Cancellation Policy:

The event may be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to natural calamities security concerns or government regulations. In such cases no refunds will be issued.

Parking and Transportation:

We have ample parking available with space for 1300 cars ensuring you have a hassle-free experience. The venue can accommodate 5000+ performers and attendees so there's plenty of room for everyone! However to avoid congestion we still encourage carpooling or using public transportation when possible.

Amendments:

The organizers reserve the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the attendees to check for updates.
