About this Event
Whether you're running a Toronto TCS race next weekend, cheering, or just want to move, everyone's welcome (partners & all invited!).
We'll be kicking off at Quantum Coffee at the Well with a stretch & warm-up starting at 6:45am. We'll head out by 7am for our 4km run & be back by 7:30! PLUS we have a SPECIAL GUEST joining - so you don't want to miss out!
After the run, we'll hangout at Quantum for coffee & good chats! We'll also have snacks on-site to keep you fueled for the weekened ahead!
When: Friday, October 17th starting at 6:45am
- We will leave for the run at 7! But try and arrive early so we can go over our route and stretch before we get started!
Where: Quantum Coffee - 482 Front St, W, Toronto, M5V 0W1
- Meet outside Quantum - please note that we will NOT be meeting in our usual GRT6 spot, so spread the word!!!
We'll be running a chill 4K loop, ending back at Quantum!
What to bring: A friend who's new to GRT6 (guys are welcome too!!)
