GrowthClub: 90-Day Business Planning Workshop

If you’re a business owner who feels busy but not always moving forward, GrowthClub is a guided working session designed to help you step out of the day-to-day and build a focused, realistic plan for the next 90 days.

This is not a lecture.
This is not a motivational talk.
This is a hands-on planning experience.

You will spend the day thinking, writing, prioritizing, and making decisions — with expert facilitation to keep you focused and out of overwhelm.

What You’ll Do During the Day

You’ll be guided through a structured process to:

• Reflect on what worked (and didn’t) in the last 90 days
• Identify your true priorities for the next quarter
• Eliminate distractions and over-commitment
• Break priorities into realistic first steps
• Leave with a clear plan you understand and believe in

You will not be required to share private business details unless you choose to.

What You’ll Leave With

By the end of the day, you will have:

• 2–4 clear priorities for the next 90 days
• A realistic plan you can start executing immediately
• Greater confidence and focus going into the next quarter
• A clearer understanding of what not to work on right now

Not a perfect plan — a usable one.
