Growth WithIn Fitness: STRETCHED

Wow what a year this has been. Growth Industries partnered with lululemon to bring you the workshop series; Growth WithIn Fitness. Over the past 7 months we brought to you Barre, Lower Body Burn, Strength, and Dance. To end the year and conclude our series, we are celebrating our President and Founder’s 45th birthday with a new workshop.Please join us for the unveiling of a new workshop ‘Stretched’.

Stretched focuses on the mind body connection and how one cannot be well without the other. We are excited to announce that Rasheda is now certified to instruct group fitness and she will be the facilitator of this new workshop. We will start with a mind-body connection, then we’ll eat, laugh, and celebrate Rasheda’s birthday.Your presence is vital to the success of this event. We look forward to celebrating with you!

Mats, towels and equipment provided for in-class use courtesy of lululemon Mall of America. Fully stocked locker rooms with showers available for use during events.

Check-in is open 15 minutes prior to class start time. Studio is located in the back of the store next to our Fuel Space Cafe. Event guests can enjoy 20% of their purchase at Fuel Space Cafe during an event.

Parking: lululemon Mall of America is located near the West Main Mall Entrance on the 1st level. Most convenient parking is in the WEST RAMP between Nordstrom's and Macy's.

Rasheda has always enjoyed moving her body. Whether its riding her bicycle, roller skating, Tammy Richardson's Cardio Blast class, KiKi Jones fitness, Val's Afrokaribe class, shoveling snow, or walking. You name it Rasheda is willing to try it. As Rasheda began her journey to personal empowerement she realized that her body and mind needed to be in alignment. If her mind wasnt in the journey she noticed that all her hard work was sabotaged by a few bad decisions. She had to get both her mind and her body in sync. That is when Rasheda realized what she needed wasnt being offered and decided to become a certified group fitness instructor with a speciality in stretch.
