Survivors of adversity and trauma not only desire to heal, but to ignite their capacity for growth after trauma. This retreat will look at scientific research and unique methods and mindsets to help survivors use their inner strength, build resilience, and cultivate spiritual practices that bring forth Post Traumatic Growth.
