New to meditation? Or maybe you’ve tried it and still have questions? Perhaps you have been meditating for a while and have obstacles? Join us on the 2nd & 4th Sunday of every month from 11:45 to 12:45pm for Growing Your Practice! Each class is led by a qualified Temple Buddhist Center teacher and offers guidance in a basic meditation technique, posture options, and strategies for starting a regular meditation practice. We’ll be working from several books which will be available to you.
