About this Event

Join us for a morning of education, connection, reflection, and support. This FREE event is a welcoming space for moms of all ages with their babies aged 0-2 years old.

Each group will meet twice a week during the 8-week series. We invite you to attend one of the two sessions each week. Weekly topics include mental overload, physical function, co-occupations with baby, setting boundaries, partner intimacy and more!

About the facilitator: Ashlyn Coleman is an occupational therapy doctoral student from the University of Findlay with a passion for supporting maternal health. Ashlyn believes the mind and body are an integrated whole, where engagement in meaningful occupations fosters connection between the two and promotes overall health and well-being.
