Join Amanda Bennett, Assistant Professor, Agriculture and Natural Resources Educator, Miami County, and Alisha Barton, Educator, Family and Consumer Sciences, for an engaging workshop on growing greens, herbs, and other crops in hydroponic systems. Participants will learn how to set up their own self-contained hydroponic systems and explore unique ways to use the produce they grow.
The workshop will also include tips on preparation, preservation, and creative ways to use herbs and greens, with plenty of samples and taste testing throughout the session. It’s a hands-on, fun opportunity to bring fresh food into your home year-round!
