Through our innovative Workforce Development Program, we have empowered over 600 individuals to overcome barriers such as criminal records, homelessness, and limited job histories, helping them become successful members of Chicago’s workforce.

As operators of Chicago’s first high-production, USDA-certified organic urban farms, we are redefining what it means to create local, sustainable food systems.
