By practicing the skill of concentration you gain so much more out of your daily life.
You become more purposeful in each minute or hour you have, eliminating wasted time.
By learning to direct your attention, memory recall improves, you gain more clarity in your thoughts, you have more time on your hands and less stress.
Through the next four weeks you will learn more about how your own mind works. The kinds of distractions that seem to always grab your attention and most importantly how to re-focus on what you really want to put your energy into.
This is the practice of being more present and fully here in the now.
