Grow Us Well is a practical workshop series for rural men focused on building better health, mindset, and everyday wellbeing.We’re bringing this 3-part series to Wanaka, with each session designed to give blokes practical tools, good conversations, and a chance to take a step back from the day-to-day grind.
This series is designed for blokes in rural, trade, and hands-on industries who want to feel better, think clearer, perform well, and stay on top of life both on and off the job.
You can come along to one workshop or sign up for all three at a discounted rate.
