Join us for an exciting in-person event, Grow Now: Small Business Childcare Program (San Antonio), where we will review the history of the Texas Rising Star Program. Participants will gain a thorough knowledge of measures relating to the education, experience, and training of all staff including directors. Participants will walk away from this session with a complete understanding of the TRS program and staff qualifications. Programming begins on:

This program is a high-impact initiative that offers step-by-step guidance in completing the Texas Rising Star Certification. Childcare providers will learn how to deal with the high cost of care by accessing your current business model; identifying cost-saving strategies for your center; accessing revenue opportunities through contracts and small business loans; how to hire and retain staff; and build client loyalty and retention.

We will review the history of the Texas Rising Star Program. Participants will gain a thorough knowledge of measures relating to the education, experience, and training of all staff including directors. emotional wellbeing as well as their knowledge, growth, providers, and families can easily understand the outcomes and gain tools through these assessments to create an individualized support plan for each child in their care.
