Meet your instructor:
@kaylawesttt began to find her interest in yoga for the physical benefits, and started to fall in love with yoga for the mental, emotional, and spiritual benefits. She hopes to bring an emphasis to all of these areas of your life during your time on the mat. Kayla started practicing yoga over a decade ago, and received her 200 hour RYT in 2019. She teaches a flowy vinyasa class for all levels and adds intentional playlists and an atmosphere that aligns with the energy of the flow. Kayla’s overall intention is to hold space for all, no matter where you are at in your practice and in your life.
