In this simple, family-friendly community workshop you'll learn how to use the “Satisfying Salad Formula” to produce filling, nutritious, and satisfying salads! You'll have the opportunity to:
* Learn about each category of the Satisfying Salad Formula
* Use the five senses, macronutrients, and personal preferences to create salads that are perfect for you
* Create your own salad and dressing to bring home
* Gain resources for sourcing local produce and creating salads with zero-waste techniques
