Join us on Thursday, September 25th for Group Therapy—the comedy show that takes humor to the couch!

After their sets, they’ll face a live "therapy" session with Dr. Ally Hicks, who will unpack their quirks, triggers, and "red flags." By the end of the night, YOU get to vote on who needs the most help, and the "winner" walks away with a free therapy session! Co-hosted by the hilarious O'mar Finley. expect laughter, revelations, and a whole lot of fun.
Our HOSTS:
DR. ALLY HICKSOur resident doctor has a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology and uses her expertise to coach people like you into aligning with their true purpose, mind, body, and spirit. Dr. Ally founded the DOUX Consulting Group out of this desire to integrate mental health and media. As a consummate Psychofuturist, she has dedicated her life to bringing evidence-based interventions into the mainstream. In all that she does, she seeks to create positive change in others so they can transform the world.O'MAR FINLEYO'mar Finley is a stand-up comedian, comedy writer, producer, and actor from Shreveport, Louisiana. With over a decade of experience in the fields of art and performance he is also the founder of two comedy event series where he served as host and producer, NO SHOW Comedy and Group Therapy. O’mar’s comedy elevates the cultural impact of the Black community, incorporates regional, religious, and national diversity, and, importantly, prioritizes open and honest conversations about intimacy and mental health.
Our Lineup:Gabby Lamb is a stand up comic hailing from the beach city, Oceanside CA. She never really excelled in academia as she found herself distracted by the finer things in life; dating, sneaking out at night, socializing and drinking. After barely graduating high school she moved to Los Angeles where she started her stand up career and has found a way to turn the things she was good at and enjoys (talking openly about dating, alcoholism, sobriety, failed relationships, sex, childhood, years of therapy and Medic*tion) into comedic relief that spills into her social media presence, stand up and podcast.
Pallavi Gunalan is a stand-up comedian, writer, and actor. She used to be an engineer, but not a good one. Her writing for Lovett or Leave It with Crooked Media and performances with Dropout.tv has established her as “having an actual career” by the college friends whose couches she sleeps on. Her parents, however, were only convinced once she opened for the likes of Jay Leno and Arsenio Hall. Pallavi tours all over the US and has toured in India. She runs a monthly show called Facial Recognition Comedy with two of her South Asian doppelgängers/co-producers at The Comedy Store. Pallavi has other accolades but really doesn’t know what they all mean in the big scheme of things. In the end, she’d like to make a funny thing or two and pay her dogs’ rent.
Davina Joy has been actively manifesting her stand-up comedy career since 2013. She has performed at various LA Comedy clubs, including The World Famous Comedy Store in West Hollywood, Ice House Comedy Club, Laugh Factory, Flappers Comedy Club and various booked shows/bars in the SoCal area. On the road, Davina has performed in Las Vegas NV, Phoenix AZ, Washington D.C., Atlanta GA and Brooklyn NY.
Lu Louis was born in Miami, but raised in Haiti as an immigrant by his parents, Lu learned the art of the stage at a young age. And now as a resident of LA, 19 years and counting, Lu uses his talents to bring laughter, light, and love to an audience near you.
