PALSS offers group therapy for anyone struggling with feelings of depression and/or anxiety!
What happens in group therapy?
-Developing new skills to help you cope.
-Explore feelings and experiences in a group setting.
-Learn accurate information about mental health and ways to improve it.

Transportation can be provided. Please contact PALSS to coordinate transportation or learn more about the group.
