Kennady Ritter is a Reiki Level II, Spinal Energetics Practitioner, and Yoga Instructor with 10 years of experience in the wellness world. Utilizing these modalities as well as custom guided meditations and dream interpretations, she able to help her clients connect to their own innate wisdom to heal themselves, regulate their nervous system and strengthen their connection between mind & body.
Walking alongside her clients as they peel through the layers, Kennady assists in their discovery of what behaviors/experiences no longer serve. Ultimately, leaving her clients feeling more optimistic and hopeful about perusing their true passions in life.
