Given that everything has a vibrational frequency, including ourselves, it makes sense that sound frequencies impact how we feel?
When you listen to the echo of the gong, and the tunes of the crtsyal singing bowls, powerful vibrations are released and absorbed by the body. Just as every organ and cell in each of us vibrates at a particular frequency, the sounds created during our sessions have their own rhythm – one's that help the brain reach a level of deep relaxation.
During a sound healing session, also known as a sound bath, you'll lie down on the floor on a yoga mat, with a nice cozy blanket, and simply listen as Kay plays a variety of instruments and you "bathe" in the soothing sounds and vibrations.
