Join me for a calming and grounding group sound healing as we gently step into the Fire Horse energy, the day after Chinese New Year.
The Fire Horse carries themes of movement, vitality, and inner strength. In this session, that energy is approached with care — offering space to slow down, soften, and reconnect, rather than push or rush. You’ll be supported to release what no longer serves and welcome the year ahead from a place of steadiness, clarity, and ease.
✨ This session will support:
• Gently releasing old or stagnant energy
• Reconnecting with inner motivation in a calm, grounded way
• Settling the nervous system and easing mental and emotional tension
• Creating space for clarity and intention
• Feeling supported, balanced, and centred
? The session will include:
• A short grounding meditation to relax the body and settle the breath
• Tuning forks to support nervous system regulation and calm
• Crystal and metal singing bowls to restore balance, flow, and integration
• A gentle closing meditation to ground the experience and carry intentions forward
?♀️ What to bring:
• A yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
• Pillow and blanket for support
• Water bottle
• Comfortable clothing
