Tibetan mantras, coupled with the soothing sounds of Tibetan singing bowls and other instruments, create a powerful experience to release negativity, balance chakras, and foster calm and tranquility.

During a Sound Bath, lie down comfortably and be surrounded by the soothing sounds of Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, and other instruments. As the sound vibrations wash over you, be guided through a series of mantras, deepening your relaxation and clearing any blockages in your energy field. Attila, with over 24 years of experience in Tibetan meditation, will use his unique voice to bring you on a healing journey.
Just relax, switch off, and let the sounds clear worries and stress. The vibrations reach every cell, harmonizing your energy, boosting your immune system, and providing spiritual insights. A full hour sound bath followed by a conversation awaits.
