Sanctuary sessions are immersive evening sound that Sage wave sound in Downtown Melbourne

This small group gathering offers a peaceful space to slow down at the end of the day and experience, layered therapeutic sound in a beautiful setting. This session supporto deep relaxation and energetic balance, while offering gentle nervous system support.

The evening unfolds with a short guided meditation and then a sound journey using crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gong, soft, drumming, and other resonant instruments. Sound moves through the sanctuary in waves and textures, creating an experience meant to be felt as much as it is heard.

To honor the sanctuary space participation is limited to six guests. The sanctuary includes six extra comfy spaces. Three antigravity chairs and three thick memory foam floor available on a first come first serve basis.
