Join me for a vision board workshop followed by a Sound bath.
Aligning with the end of our eclipse season, a vision board workshop will cover conversation on manifesting what we need to fill our cups up. The prior few weeks have been the great purge, promoting us to empty out what no longer serves. This will be the time to create and offer ourselves something new for the journey ahead.
This will lead us into a healing of mind, body and spirit- a beautiful sound healing while I play the harmonic quartz crystal chakra singing bowls, you can relax and drift into a meditative state.
Chose from comfortable seating in many different types of chairs or bring a yoga mat.
Sound healing affects us on a cellular level and has been used across the world for centuries in all types of cultures and healing modalities.
It is a truly gentle and remarkable experience.
This healing will also be aligning with the March New Moon. Helping us to align both cosmically and energetically.
*These events are not suitable for those who have pacemakers.
Event is expected to last about an hour.
Please come in comfortable clothes and bring any comforts that may help to relax you- ex. pillow and or blanket. Some will be available, but a first come first serve base.
Fee for the healing and workshop is $65 per person.
Reservation for spot is required, as the space will be limited.
