Come in for one-hour group sessions on Shadow Work tune-ups!If you have joined Sarah Lou before in one of her Shadow Work classes, this will be a place where attendees get together and troubleshoot different issues that may be popping up within their routine Shadow work practices. The focus of every group session will be about efforts in consistency and maintaining balance in our day to day lives.
