You have to hear it to believe it!Join our team of Group Power and Group Ride instructors and fall in love with new music and new moves that will shake up your workout routine and help you reach your goals.
Group Power – 5:30 p.m.
Group Ride – 6:45 p.m.
All participants receive one entry into a raffle to win three 30-minute personal training sessions (a $78 value). Any participant who brings a guest* receives a bonus entry.
*Guests must have a guest pass and present a valid photo ID at the Front Desk.
Space is limited to 13 in Group Ride and 30 in Group Power. Cards are required for entry and are available at the Front Desk. Refreshments will be available between classes.
