Join us for a guided group past life regression followed by a sound bath with Ryan Dunn to support integration and gentle re entry.
This group experience offers a supportive introduction to past life regression and a chance to see what unfolds for you. During the regression, you may also be offered the opportunity to connect with a spirit guide or ancestor, allowing messages, feelings, or a sense of presence to come through in whatever way is right for you.
We will begin with the guided past life regression held in quiet and stillness, allowing you to relax and journey inward without distraction.
Immediately following the regression, and before participants fully return to ordinary awareness, the sound bath will begin. The bowls are played after the regression and not during.
Afterward, there will be time to share and reflect for those who feel called. Sharing is always optional, and you are welcome to simply listen.
No prior experience is necessary.
What to bring and how to prepare:
Please arrive on time.
Yoga mats are available, though you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer. Please bring a blanket and pillow to stay comfortable. A notebook or journal and something to write with is recommended for reflection afterward.
Before the event, you may find it helpful to spend a little time reflecting on one or two questions you would like to ask your spirit guide or ancestors. This is optional, but having a gentle intention or question can help guide your experience.
Please avoid caffeine prior to the event, eat something light, and wear comfortable clothing.
