You will either lay down or sit up and engage in the breathwork journey for about 1 hour. We will do a preparation & integration talk before & after.

If you are currently experiencing any of the following conditions or have a history of them, this activity may not be appropriate for you:

1) **Epilepsy**: Individuals with epilepsy should refrain from participating in this breathwork activity, as it may trigger seizures.
2) **Detached Retina**: If you have a detached retina, it is advisable to avoid this practice to prevent potential complications.
3) **Glaucoma**: Participants with glaucoma should avoid this activity due to the potential increase in eye pressure.
4) **Bipolar Disorder or Schizophrenia**: If you have received a prior diagnosis of bipolar disorder or schizophrenia by a healthcare professional, this breathwork may not be suitable for you.
5) **Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)**: If you have a current diagnosis of PTSD, it is recommended that you consult with your healthcare professional before participating.
6) **Serious Osteoporosis**: Individuals with severe osteoporosis that could be aggravated by active movement should avoid this practice.
7) **Uncontrolled High Blood Pressure**: If your high blood pressure is not effectively managed with Medic*tion, it is best to refrain from participating.
8) **Pregnancy**: Breathwork is not suitable during pregnancy due to its potential impact on the fetus.
9) **Cardiovascular Disease/Irregularities**: Those with cardiovascular diseases, prior heart attacks, or heart irregularities should avoid this activity.
10) **Family History of Aneurysms**: If you have a family history of aneurysms, it is advised not to participate.
11) **Prescription Blood Thinners**: The use of prescription blood-thinning medications like Coumadin is a contraindication for this practice.
12) **Psychiatric Hospitalization**: If you have been hospitalized for any psychiatric condition or emotional crisis within the past 10 years, it is recommended that you do not participate.
13) **Neurological Conditions**: Individuals with a history of strokes, seizures, TIAs (Transient Ischemic Attacks), or other brain/neurological conditions should avoid this activity.
14) **Other Medical/Physical Conditions**: If you have any other medical or physical conditions that could impair your ability to engage in activities involving intense physical and/or emotional release, it is best to consult with a healthcare professional before participating.
