Group Family Constellation Workshop with Breathwork Session

The constellation method is a powerful way to explore the hidden dynamics that shape your life. Repeating patterns in relationships, work, health, money, or emotions often stem from unconscious family system influences.

This work helps bring clarity to what is unseen, supporting resolution, emotional release, and a deeper sense of inner order and belonging.

This workshop helps uncover and shift:

• Repeating relationship patterns
• Emotional blocks or feeling stuck
• Anxiety, guilt, shame, or overwhelm without a clear cause
• Family conflict or disconnection
• Grief, loss, or unresolved trauma
• Money, work, or identity patterns repeating across generations

A live, facilitated process where participants may represent elements of a family system. Through the “knowing field,” hidden dynamics become visible and can shift into a more balanced order. This is not role-play or theatre.

Lunch, snacks, and water (break provided)

08:30 – Arrival & settling in
09:00 – Workshop begins
12:00 – 12:30 – Break
12:30 – 15:00 – Family Constellations process
15:00 – 17:00 – Breathwork integration session

After the constellation work, we will move into a guided breathwork session to support deep emotional processing and integration.

Constellations can surface unconscious emotions and patterns held in the body. Breathwork helps complete this process by allowing the nervous system to release, regulate, and integrate what has emerged.

This is experienced as a breathwork journey with individual headphones and immersive audio presence, supporting a deeper, more internalised experience.

• A sense of expansion, release, and renewal

These breathwork sessions will be carried out by a Certified Breathwork Facilitator (specialising in Conscious Connected Breath & 9D Breathwork).

2. Issue Holder Ticket – Bring your own issue and receive a facilitated constellation (limited spaces)
