Group Drum Wash and Reiki with Sarah Casperson

Join us Sunday, February 22nd at 11am for a group Drum Wash and Reiki session, expertly facilitated by Energy Arts Practitioner Sarah Casperson. This event combines the healing art of Usui Reiki with the transformative power of a Drum Wash, designed to promote deep relaxation and release stagnant energies and traumas stored within the body.

What to Expect:

Sarah will utilize a hand drum, moving around the group to drum close to each participant's body. The vibrations produced will help to break up stagnant or stuck energy, offering an incredible transformative experience.

The event will conclude with a group Reiki session, where Sarah will guide participants in harmonizing and balancing their energies.
