Let's talk about the things we hold back, such as forbidden feelings.I don't believe you if you claim that you never felt attracted to another human being while you or they were in a monogamous relationship (with someone else).
Maybe you felt guilty, shame, fear and hid your feelings, your enthusiasm, your likes about this person. Because it was clearly not ok. How could you be "unfaithful" in your thoughts, feelings or lusts... or "make" someone else be.
What if though, we are only human and that cutting off these sides of us also cuts of our creativity, enthusiasm, joy, playfulness?
What if what you are feeling has nothing to do with sex and being unfaithful? That it grows bigger because you learned to supress it?
What if we and our partners can have these feelings towards someone else and still feel safe in the relationship?
I invite this challenging topic up to discussion this evening. Simply to release some tension, so that we can see the feelings for what they really are. Be curious about this topic together and let each and every one of us find our own ways to meet this in our own lives.
Maybe you are the jealous partner, feeling lots of insecurity when your partner shares deep moments with other people.
Or you are the partner of someone like that and you just don't get it.

Jeg heter Therese Fallentin og brenner for å hjelpe mennesker hjem til seg selv – gjennom kroppen, stemmen og tilstedeværelsen. Jeg skaper rom for mennesker som ønsker å finne tilbake til stemmen og uttrykket sitt – ikke den som skal imponere, men den som kommer innenfra. Modig, ufiltrert, trygt og ekte – i møte med deg selv og andre.
Med bakgrunn som fasilitator, coach, prosessleder, podcast-vertinne og menneske med egne erfaringer med prestasjon, frykt og selvuttrykk, brenner jeg for å hjelpe andre til å stå tryggere i seg selv.
Jeg tror stemmen og uttrykket vårt bærer kraft, sårbarhet og livsglede – og at når vi slipper taket i kontroll og prestasjon, finner vi tilbake til noe ekte. Jeg tror ikke du trenger å prestere for å bli hørt. Du trenger trygghet. Og kanskje en gruppe som holder deg, mens du leker deg frem til stemmen som allerede bor i deg.
I mine workshops skaper jeg rom for å lytte innover, for å uttrykke det som er ekte, og for å kjenne lekenheten, livskraften og friheten som ligger i å være seg selv – med lyd, pust, bevegelse og tilstedeværelse.
