Group Coaching Experience | An Erickson Workshop in Milan
About this Event
Following the fantastic response to our previous Milan gathering in April — How to Use AI to Augment Professional Performance, hosted at Google’s office — we’re excited to bring the Erickson community together again.
This time, we’re creating another opportunity to experience coaching together.
Join Erickson Coaching International for an interactive Group Coaching Experience & Social Gathering — an evening designed around meaningful connection, shared learning, and Solution-Focused coaching.
At the heart of the evening will be a 60-minute group coaching activity, creating space to reflect, exchange perspectives, ask meaningful questions, and explore new possibilities together.
Before and after the activity, we’ll have time to connect socially — whether you’re reconnecting with the Erickson community or meeting us for the first time.
And everyone is welcome. You don’t need to be a coach or have trained with Erickson to join us.
How the evening will flow
🤝 30 minutes | Connect & Socialize
We’ll start informally with time to meet fellow participants, reconnect with familiar faces, and make new connections within Milan’s coaching community.
💡 60 minutes | Group Coaching Experience
Take part in an interactive, Solution-Focused group coaching activity facilitated by Yulia Egorova.
Together, we’ll create space for reflection, fresh perspectives, meaningful questions, shared learning, and new possibilities.
🥂 30 minutes | Social Gathering
We’ll finish with more time to connect, continue the conversations sparked during the activity, and share insights from the experience.

A note about ticket pricing
As Erickson Coaching International is a Canadian organization, tickets are listed on Eventbrite in Canadian dollars.
The general admission price is CA$24.30, which will be converted and paid in euros at checkout — approximately €15, depending on the exchange rate at the time of purchase.
