Group Chakra Tune-Up with Sound & Chant: The Rainbow Body Remembers is a guided energetic experience that moves gently through the seven chakras using sound, breath, visualization, intention, and sacred seed chants. This is not a performance. You do not need to know how to sing, chant, meditate, or “do it right.” You are simply invited to arrive, breathe, listen, receive, and let your body remember its own rhythm.
This class is for those who are craving a reset — emotionally, energetically, spiritually, and physically.
July carries a powerful seasonal energy: a movement from water into fire, from private reflection into courageous expression, from emotional clearing into heart-led radiance. In this ceremony, we work from root to crown to release what has been held in the nervous system, soften old stories in the belly and heart, reclaim the sacred voice, and tune the body’s energy centers with clarity, courage, and love.
Each chakra is supported through intentional sound, guided imagery, affirmations, and simple vocal tones. You are welcome to chant aloud, whisper, hum, or simply listen. The entire experience is designed to feel safe, welcoming, and accessible for beginners as well as those already familiar with meditation, sound healing, yoga, energy work, or spiritual practice.
This class is especially supportive for anyone who has been feeling overstimulated, emotionally heavy, disconnected from their body, creatively blocked, energetically scattered, or ready for a gentle but powerful reset.
Come as you are. Bring your tired body, your tender heart, your quiet hopes, your unanswered questions, and the part of you that is ready to feel more grounded, open, and alive.
By the end of the session, you may feel calmer, clearer, more centered, more connected to your voice, and more present in your body.
Please bring water, and anything that helps you feel comfortable lying down or sitting for meditation. We do have Yoga Mats, Blankets, and a few Bolsters for your comfort.
