Come join Jenny Sue as she does a group guided meditation. Everyone who comes will have a little one on one Chakra spinning and clearing. The guided meditation will go through each of the 7 chakras.Before it begins we will delve into some of the reasons to clear and release negative or stagnant emotions. Great for those with ptsd, birth trauma, small trauma, stress and even those with numb emotions.
