Sydney’s newest art therapy studio is open!Come join us in person for a therapeutic art therapy workshop at Wave Art on Friday September 20th at 1:00pm (or Thursday September 19th at 8:00pm if you are joining from Canada)
There will be a guided meditation, art making, and then a group discussion.
You do not need to be an artist to participate. All you need is an open mind and a willingness to try something new. Everyone is welcome exactly as they area. You can expect a welcoming community, a feeling of freedom, and a sense of connection.
