About this Event
Grounding is the act of focusing the excess energy from our systems (physical, mental, emotional, energetic, spiritual) and transferring that into the ground while simultaneously bringing up energy from the earth (or other earthly element air, water, fire) to heal, inspire and create.
Come learn how to ground and fine tune that energy into a vibration that fits your intentions!

That Ghostly Gal, Mykail Boling, will be teaching you how to ground yourself and also guide you to be more observant to your energy signals. There will be plenty of seats in this class. Come as you are, no need for dolling up. See you there!
