Join me for a beautiful weekend retreat in the mountains. We will ground ourselves in nature, embrace in ceremonies such as sound meditation + sweat lodge, we will fully immerse ourselves in workshops, nature walks with meditation circles, daily yoga + delicious food. We will also embrace in a really special treat-an Ecstatic Dance + cacao ceremony co-hosted by Cornflower Music!
