Join Eve Silver, a Person Centered therapist supervisor and facilitator, in a creative and grounding meditation workshop.

Check in with your body and mind as Eve gently invites you on a meditative journey to find your own unique safe place, followed by an opportunity to creatively explore and express your experience using mixed media.

Art materials are available but feel free to bring your own!

Practice description

I am a traditional Person Centred counsellor, which means I believe that you are the expert in your experiences.

I aim to walk alongside you as we explore what is troubling you. I will listen to you in a way that we rarely get to experience in every day life- without judgement, agenda, or expectations.

Together we will work through your issues in whatever order and whatever pace feels right for you.

I have experience working with a wide variety of issues, some of which include: Abuse, Ambiguous Loss, Anxiety, Bereavement, Body Issues, Coronavirus related issues, Cultural issues, Depression, Disability, Disordered Eating/Food Issues, Eating Disorders, Gender Identity Issues, Health related issues, Identity issues, LGBTQI+ Issues, Loss, Low mood, Men's issues, Obsessions, OCD, Phobias, Post-traumatic stress, Relationships, Self esteem, Self-harm, Sex-related issues, Sexual identity, Sexuality, Spirituality, Stress, Suicidality, University related Issues, Women's issues, Work related issues

All of our activities and workshops are kindly donated by each of the practitioners for the benefit of the community.

This means that luckily for us, all of the tickets are FREE of charge.

If you'd like to donate however, there will be a collection box & card reader available at The Undercroft Gallery on your given activity date.

All of the donations will go directly to your workshop host as a thank you for helping us make this festival possible!

Please note: although these tickets are FREE they are limited capacity.

If you change your mind or cannot attend for whatever reason PLEASE refund your ticket so that another guest may come along.
