Join Reiki Master Teacher and Grounding Ambassador Jessica Mae for a restorative day of nature immersion, energy healing, and mindful connection. Inspired by the Flow Learning principles of nature educator Joseph Cornell, this retreat is designed to awaken your senses, open your heart, and guide you into deeper presence with the natural world.
Through a carefully curated journey of awakening enthusiasm, focusing attention, direct experience, and inspired sharing, we will explore grounding practices that include gentle movement, breathwork, Reiki-infused meditation, somatic exercises, and nature-based mindfulness.
Set within the serene landscape of Shelby Bottoms Nature Center, this day retreat invites you to slow down, root deeply, and realign with Earth’s rhythms. A nourishing lunch is included, along with space for reflection, connection, and simply being.
What to Bring:
Wear comfortable clothing—light pants and a breathable shirt are recommended. Please bring boots or sandals suitable for walking on natural terrain. You’re encouraged to remove your shoes if comfortable, to fully experience the healing practice of barefoot grounding.
