Grounding Experience

Join us for a relaxing afternoon outdoors to break away from the busy day to day to ground ourselves throughout the many commitments that call for our attention!

We'll engage in a grounding meditation, soothing sound healing and an unwinding stretch.

This is a FREE event with the option of what you feel called to donate as a love offering.

All donations go to funding my career, art, music and the big plans I have for the future!
