Grounding and Relaxation Garden Yoga with HuiYing
Hi, I’m Huiying, currently completing my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTTC). With years of personal practice, yoga has become a grounding space for me through daily life and stress.
Unlike our usual hatha-based flow, this session will focus on gentle seated stretching, mindful breathing, and relaxation techniques to help calm the nervous system and create space to reconnect with ourselves.
Suitable for beginners and anyone looking for a softer, more grounding practice. No prior yoga experience is needed — simply come as you are and allow yourself a peaceful morning to slow down, breathe, and unwind together.

🌿 How to get to our Garden Yoga spot 🌿
1️⃣ Align at Boon Lay MRT Exit B and walk straight along the sheltered pathway.
2️⃣ Keep left until you spot the overhead bridge.
3️⃣ Head up using the stairs or lift to cross over.
4️⃣ When you see the red tower clock, take the left slope down.
5️⃣ Walk into the park (you'll walk pass a playground - cut across the field) — we’re at the right upper corner near the park toilet🌳
