Join the excitement at DC’s most quirky ritual, complete with polka music, plenty of coffee and pastries to keep you warm, VIP celebrities making surprise appearances, and much more. The festivities begin at the Dupont Circle fountain, with Potomac Phil’s grand emergence kicking off promptly at 8:30 AM—so be sure to arrive on time! Punctuality is key—don’t be fashionably late, or you might find yourself watching the whole ritual on Groundhog Day playback.
