Grounded Tantra

Find your way back to yourself.
Two days of real teaching and real practice with Ben & Larinda. You'll learn why tantra split into two paths, then weave them back together in your own body, so you can show up more fully in your relationships, your work and everywhere else that matters.
This weekend is the embodied, in-person version of our popular Intro to Tantra online course. The online course goes deep into the philosophy. Here, we ground it into practice.
What you'll walk away with:
• Concrete tools to move through what's been standing in the way • Ways to express what's true inside you, so it can be met and heard • Conscious intimacy, with more room for whatever is arising in the moment • More loving presence, for yourself first and then for the people in your life • A pathway that keeps growing with you
Wherever you're starting from:
New to this work? These practices meet you exactly where you are.
This weekend brings new embodiment practices and focuses on using tantra in everyday life, for more connection, spaciousness and capacity.
Singles and couples welcome.
