We will be working with two beautiful, ancient modalities that talk directly to the wisdom of your body, helping you gently anchor into your roots:

Mama Cacao is a gentle, heart-opening plant medicine with a deeply grounding, earthy spirit. When we drink her in ceremony, she doesn't give us a sharp burst of nervous energy. Instead, she wraps you in a warm internal embrace, inviting your awareness to travel down from your thoughts and into your physical senses. Cacao naturally contains properties that help soothe the body, lowering your heart rate and whispering to your nervous system that you are safe, protected, and free to simply be.
2. The Healing Rhythm of Chakradance
Your Base Chakra responds beautifully to sound, rhythm, and instinct. In this gentle Chakradance ritual, we use the healing power of deep, primal, and tribal drumming music. With your eyes closed or softened, you will be invited to move exactly how your body wants to. Through grounding, rhythmic movements—pulsing with the earth, shifting your weight, and connecting your feet to the floor—you will gently shake free any stagnant, heavy energy or old fears stored in your roots. It is a beautiful, liberating release that allows fresh, vital energy to flow into your life.
We will gently seal our journey together with Mandala Art Therapy, allowing you to express your inner experience through color and creativity, giving you a beautiful physical anchor to take home.
