Yoga flow will be gentle and restorative with a heartwarming meditation and sound bath to give you the chance to be explore and be with oneself.
Space will be held for you to share what is taking up space in your mind, body and soul in a safe, accepting community.
It is safe to be the real, authentic you.
What to bring:
- Yoga mat (we will have extras)
- Blanket/Pillow (optional)
- Journal + Pen
